At Krippner Homes NW we provide you with a two year limited builder warranty covering materials, workmanship, and distribution systems.
In addition, your new home is covered by an America’s Choice 2-10 home buyers warranty which is a third party insurance backed warranty. This warranty covers the builder’s workmanship for one year, the plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems for two years and the structure for ten years. You can sleep soundly in your new home knowing your investment is covered.

At Krippner Homes NW, we pride ourselves in our exceptional customer service. We offer a full year builder’s warranty on all workmanship and materials in your brand-new home. In additon as a bonus to you, your home is backed by a 2-10 warranty as well. This covers all electrical, plumbing and HVAC for 2 years and all structural components for 10 years. To find out more about what is covered and what isn’t, please refer to your homeowner’s manual and other documents you received when you picked up the keys to your brand-new home. If you have misplaced these documents, let us know and we can assist in getting you a new copy.
Warranty requests must be submitted in writing to the Customer Service Department in the form below.
- Our customer service team will evaluate each item for warranty coverage according to industry guidelines as written in your Homeowner’s manual under Home Maintenance, Warranty and Care section
- Warranty work is performed during normal business days and hours only.
EMERGENCY SERVICES
In the event you have an emergency as described below, please refer to the emergency contact list given in your new home manual. If you don’t find the answer you are looking for, then contact us for immediate assistance at: (360) xxx-xxxx You must be within your One Year Warranty
- Plumbing leak that requires the entire water supply to be shut off.
- Total loss of water (check with the water department to be certain the problem is not a general outage in the area)
- Loss of Power—complete loss of electrical power (check with the Utility company to be certain the problem is not a general outage in the area)
- Total loss of ability to heat your home.
- Gas Leak— If you smell gas, leave the house and call NW Natural at (800) 882-3377.
